Description:
The priority is of Principal preschool. She has to be experienced in running a preschool as head for minimum 2 years or more. Salary bracket is Rs.30-50K.
Preschool Head Responsibilities(Females only):
1. Manage staff: Hire, train, and supervise teachers
2. Monitor children: Assess children's development and progress, and communicate with parents about their children
3. Ensure compliance: Make sure the preschool meets all regulatory requirements as per laws
4. Manage budget/P&L: Manage the preschool budget in both terms of cost an revenue
5. Create a safe environment: Ensure the preschool is clean, safe, and engaging for the kids along with conduct of events
6. Provide professional development: Organize staff meetings and professional development sessions for the new joinees
7. Reporting: Ensure daily MIS reports to HO regarding admission inquiries, collections and student drop outs and maintaining records and files
