Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory & Purchase Executive to manage inventory control and procurement for our wellness & personal care brand in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will oversee stock levels, supplier coordination, and ensure timely procurement of raw materials and finished goods.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Inventory Management:

   • Maintain accurate stock records and ensure optimal inventory levels.
   • Conduct regular stock audits and update inventory databases.
   • Minimize stock shortages and overstock situations through demand planning.

2. Procurement & Vendor Coordination:

   • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors and suppliers for best pricing and quality.
   • Ensure timely procurement of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.
   • Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships.

3. Order & Supply Chain Management:

   • Process purchase orders, track shipments, and manage delivery schedules.
   • Coordinate with production, warehouse, and sales teams for smooth operations.

4. Quality Control & Compliance:

   • Ensure purchased goods meet quality standards and compliance requirements.
   • Work closely with the quality team to address any material defects or discrepancies.

5. Data Analysis & Reporting:

   • Monitor inventory turnover and generate reports for management review.
   • Analyze purchase trends and suggest cost-saving measures.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in inventory & purchase management (preferably in personal care, FMCG, or wellness industry).
• Strong knowledge of procurement strategies, supply chain processes, and inventory tracking.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and inventory management software.
• Excellent negotiation, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
