AGM PROJECTS – GREEN FIELD CORPORATE CONSTRUCTION, JAIPUR

Position/type/hiring   : AGM Projects/ full-time/ immediate basis

Location                      : Jaipur (onsite) and Ahmedabad (onsite) (Vacancy one each)

Experience                 :   Minimum 15 years in the industry out of which at least 5 years of experience in Mall common area interior or Hotel interiors at leadership position, with at least one project from start till hand over of the project.

Compensation           : Jaipur up to  ₹12-15 Lakh

                                   

Qualifications             :

  • Bachelors/ Master’s in Architecture and registered with the Council of Architecture (CoA), India
  • Demonstrable record of delivering corporate/ commercial buildings of similar size and complexity
  • Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and   related tools

Project Overview:

                          Start Date    : On immediate basis

                          Building Type : Corporate/ commercial

                          Building Sizes : Footprint 12x75 sqm, 1.5L sqft,  8 to 10 floors with two basements

Job Purpose:    

The Group seeks an experienced and skilled Architect to lead the onsite design and execution of a green-field corporate building project in Jaipur and Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will bring innovative engineering solutions, strong technical knowledge, and a proven history of successfully delivering similar large-scale projects.                                

Job Responsibilities:

    • Co-ordination of design, project/execution of Civil, Architecture, Interiors, Exteriors & MEP works.
    • Creating design brief and selection of appropriate consultants, vendors, etc.
    • Execution planning, budget allocation and management.
    • Civil, Architectural, Interior & MEP co-ordination.
    • Tendering & procurement, Vendor Management.
    • Preparing project details, project schedules, updating the schedule as it evolves.
    • Planning, implementation, QC, and status reporting of the project.
    • Prepare interim and final reports.
    • Team building and development along with process mapping and implementation
