CIVIL ENGINEER – GREEN FIELD CORPORATE CONSTRUCTION, JAIPUR

Position           : Civil Engineer/ full-time/ onsite

Location          : Jaipur, Rajasthan (On-site)

Experience      : Minimum 10 years demonstrable experience in the industry out of which at least 5 years of experience in greenfield projects or corporate/commercial multi-storey structures with basements from start to finish.

CTC Budget   : ₹08-10 Lakh

Qualifications   :

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in civil engineering from a recognized institution
• Proficiency in structural design software such as STAAD Pro, ETABS, and AutoCAD        Strong knowledge of geotechnical engineering, RCC (Reinforced Cement Concrete) design foundation construction
•   Knowledge of IGBC (Indian Green Building Council) standards is a plus

                          Building Size : Footprint 12x75 sqm, 1.5L Sq-ft,  8 to 10 floors with two basements

Job Purpose:    

The  Group seeks an experienced and skilled Civil Engineer to lead the onsite design and execution of a green-field corporate building project in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will bring innovative engineering solutions, strong technical knowledge, and a proven history of successfully delivering similar large-scale projects.                                

Job Responsibilities:

• Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Act as a key point of contact to ensure alignment among architects, contractors, and authorities.
  • Supervise on-site activities, including the work of labourers, tradesmen, and subcontractors.
  • Coordinate the daily allocation of work and resources, ensuring optimal productivity
  • Maintain accurate daily records of site activities, including work progress, labor, and materials
• Regulatory Approvals: Obtain necessary NOCs (No Objection Certificates) and comply with environmental, zoning, and safety regulations.
• Adherence to Standards: Ensure compliance with IS codes, NBC (National Building Code of India), and local byelaws.
• Safety and Compliance:
  •   Enforce safety regulations and promote a safe working environment on-site.
  •   Ensure all site activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
