Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our reputed manufacturing company in Nagaur. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in GST, Excel, and financial compliance. This role requires managing accounting operations, financial reporting, and ensuring tax and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Accounting & Bookkeeping:

   • Maintain accurate books of accounts and general ledgers.
   • Handle accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliations.
   • Process invoices, payments, and expense records.

2. GST & Tax Compliance:

   • Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9).
   • Ensure compliance with TDS, income tax, and other statutory regulations.
   • Assist in audits, tax assessments, and government filings.

3. Financial Reporting & MIS:

   • Prepare balance sheets, P&L statements, cash flow reports, and financial summaries.
   • Analyze financial data and provide insights for decision-making.
   • Maintain proper documentation and reporting for audits.

4. Excel & Data Management:

   • Work on Excel spreadsheets, financial models, and data analysis.
   • Use formulas, pivot tables, and VLOOKUP to manage financial data efficiently.

5. Compliance & Coordination:

   • Ensure adherence to financial and legal regulations.
   • Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, and regulatory authorities.
   • Assist management in financial planning and budgeting.

Qualifications & Skills:

• B.Com/M.Com/CA Inter or equivalent qualification.
• 3+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and financial compliance.
• Expertise in MS Excel, Tally, and accounting software.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
