Job Description:
We are looking for an HR Executive with strong expertise in recruitment, hiring, and compliance management to join our manufacturing company in Nagaur, Rajasthan. The ideal candidate should be experienced in handling end-to-end HR operations, managing workforce planning, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Hiring:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
- Use job portals, networking, and referrals to attract the right talent.
HR Compliance & Legal Regulations:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, factory act, PF, ESIC, and other statutory regulations.
- Maintain updated employee records, payroll processing, and statutory filings.
- Handle grievance redressal and disciplinary actions as per company policy.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
- Foster a positive work environment and manage employee welfare initiatives.
- Address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and improve workplace culture.
- Conduct employee engagement activities, training, and development programs.
Performance Management:
- Oversee appraisal cycles, performance evaluations, and goal setting.
- Support managers in conducting performance reviews and feedback sessions.
Attendance & Payroll Management:
- Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and salary processing.
- Work closely with the accounts department for salary disbursement and deductions.
HR Policies & Process Improvement:
- Develop and update HR policies, SOPs, and company handbooks.
- Implement best HR practices to improve efficiency and employee satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills:
- MBA/PGDM in HR or a relevant degree.
- 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, compliance, labor laws, PF, and ESIC.
- Proficiency in HR software, MS Office, and payroll management systems.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and people management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple HR functions efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
