Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Officer to drive business growth for our manufacturing company in Nagaur, Rajasthan. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B and B2C sales within the Cement, Tiles Adhesive, Paint, or TMT industry and be comfortable with field sales, client acquisition, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Business Development:

   • Identify and acquire new clients in the Cement, Tiles Adhesive, Paint, or TMT industry.
   • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
   • Build strong relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors, and builders.

2. Market Research & Lead Generation:

   • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
   • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and site visits.
   • Monitor competitor activities and suggest improvements in sales strategies.

3. Client Relationship Management:

   • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure high customer satisfaction.
   • Provide after-sales support and handle customer inquiries.

4. Field Sales & Travel:

   • Visit dealers, distributors, and construction sites to promote products.
   • Attend industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to expand the business network.

5. Sales Reporting & Targets:

   • Track and report sales performance on a regular basis.
   • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
   • Prepare and submit reports on sales growth, market trends, and customer feedback.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in sales within Cement, Tiles Adhesive, Paint, or TMT industry.
• Strong understanding of B2B and B2C sales strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively and work in a field-oriented role.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and sales reporting.
