Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Project Head to lead and oversee large-scale projects in our cement manufacturing company in Nagaur, Rajasthan. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the cement industry, with expertise in project execution, plant expansion, operations, and team leadership. This role requires strategic planning, execution capabilities, and in-depth knowledge of cement production and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning & Execution:

   • Oversee the setup, expansion, and modernization of the cement plant.
   • Develop and implement project timelines, budgets, and resources.
   • Ensure timely execution of projects within cost and quality parameters.

2. Plant Operations & Infrastructure:

   • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams for smooth execution.
   • Manage the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of cement plant machinery.
   • Ensure proper infrastructure development and operational readiness of the plant.

3. Team Leadership & Coordination:

   • Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, and contractors.
   • Work closely with senior management and stakeholders to align project goals.
   • Ensure safety, compliance, and environmental standards are met.

4. Budgeting & Cost Control:

   • Develop and manage project budgets to control costs and optimize resources.
   • Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising project quality.

5. Compliance & Quality Assurance:

   • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and legal requirements.
   • Implement quality control measures in cement manufacturing projects.
   • Liaise with government authorities and regulatory bodies for necessary approvals.

6. Technical & Process Improvement:

   • Identify innovative solutions and latest technologies to improve plant efficiency.
   • Optimize production processes to enhance cement quality and output.

7. Reporting & Documentation:

   • Prepare and present progress reports, performance analysis, and project documentation.
   • Address and resolve any project-related issues, delays, or risks.

Qualifications & Skills:

• B.Tech/M.Tech in Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical Engineering (preferred).
• 10-12+ years of experience in cement plant project management.
• In-depth knowledge of cement production processes, plant setup, and operations.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Expertise in budgeting, cost control, and project risk management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, ERP, MS Project, and other project management tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
