Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Audit Manager to lead and oversee audit engagements for our reputed CA firm in Jaipur. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in statutory, internal, and tax audits, along with expertise in financial reporting, risk assessment, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Audit Planning & Execution:
- Lead statutory, internal, tax, and forensic audits for clients across various industries.
- Develop and execute audit plans, risk assessments, and testing procedures.
- Ensure compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), GAAP, and Companies Act.
Financial Reporting & Compliance:
- Review and finalize financial statements, audit reports, and regulatory filings.
- Ensure adherence to tax laws, GST, TDS, income tax, and corporate compliance.
- Stay updated with SEBI, RBI, and MCA regulations relevant to audit procedures.
Risk Management & Internal Controls:
- Assess internal controls, identify weaknesses, and suggest process improvements.
- Provide recommendations to enhance financial and operational efficiency.
- Conduct due diligence and forensic audits when required.
Client Management & Advisory:
- Liaise with clients, regulatory authorities, and stakeholders to ensure smooth audits.
- Offer strategic financial advice, tax planning, and compliance solutions.
- Handle audit queries, investigations, and clarifications with management.
Team Leadership & Training:
- Supervise and mentor a team of junior auditors and associates.
- Conduct training sessions on audit methodologies, financial reporting, and compliance.
- Ensure timely completion of audits within deadlines.
Qualifications & Skills:
- CA (Chartered Accountant) is mandatory.
- 8+ years of experience in auditing, preferably in a CA firm.
- Strong knowledge of Ind AS, GAAP, Taxation, GST, and Compliance.
- Expertise in Tally, ERP, SAP, and advanced MS Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to handle client relationships.
