Job Description:

We are seeking a Junior Accountant with 1-2 years of experience to join our pharmaceutical company in Jaipur. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in accounting, GST, TDS, and Excel and preferably have experience in a CA firm or manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Accounting & Bookkeeping:

   • Maintain daily accounting records, journal entries, and ledgers.
   • Process accounts payable and receivable transactions.
   • Handle bank reconciliations and cash flow management.

2. GST & Taxation Compliance:

   • Assist in GST return filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9).
   • Support in TDS calculations and filings.
   • Ensure compliance with tax laws and financial regulations.

3. Financial Reporting & Documentation:

   • Prepare basic financial reports like profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
   • Maintain proper documentation for audits and tax assessments.
   • Assist in MIS reporting and data analysis.

4. Excel & Accounting Software:

   • Work on Tally, ERP, or other accounting software.
   • Use MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Analysis) for financial calculations.

5. Audit & Compliance Support:

   • Assist in internal and statutory audits.
   • Ensure adherence to company policies and accounting standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

• B.Com/M.Com/CA Inter or relevant qualification.
• 1-2 years of accounting experience (Preference for candidates from CA firms or manufacturing companies).
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and financial compliance.
• Proficiency in Tally, ERP, MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
