Location           : Bhopal 

Experience                  Minimum 5-10 years non-litigation experience in corporate and real estate domain with focus on lease and contract administration aspects.

Compensation            : ₹8-12 Lakh

Qualifications              :

• Graduate, preferably from commerce or Legal background.
• Demonstrable experience in leasing and contract management

Job Purpose:    

The Company seeks an experienced candidate for AGM (Legal) who will play a crucial role in managing and leading the lease administration team in coordination with leasing team for shopping malls and corporate buildings. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in corporate and retail lease abstraction and administration and experience in contract management and execution. This position requires a proactive leader who can effectively coordinate with leasing teams and the lessees and ensure contractual compliance while driving business growth.

Job Responsibilities:

• • Drafting, vetting, negotiating of lease and license agreements in respect of retail lease for shopping malls and corporate offices under DB Group.
  • Vet and negotiate various non-lease agreements in relation to mall operations such as service agreements.
  • Draft, vet and negotiate a wide range of commercial and general contracts such as equipment purchase agreements, franchise agreements, consultant agreements, etc.
