Job Responsibilities:

• Design and develop trendy and innovative women's wear collections.
• Conduct market research to identify fashion trends, customer preferences, and competitor designs.
• Create sketches, mood boards, and detailed design specifications.
• Select fabrics, trims, and other materials suitable for the designs.
• Collaborate with production and merchandising teams to ensure smooth execution of designs.
• Work on pattern making and garment fittings to achieve the desired look and comfort.
• Ensure designs meet quality and production standards.
• Stay updated with the latest fashion trends and industry developments.

Requirements:

• Female candidate preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Fashion Design.
• 5 years of experience in women's wear designing 
• Strong knowledge of fabrics, colors, patterns, and garment construction.
• Proficiency in design software like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or CorelDRAW.
• Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Ability to work under deadlines and adapt to changing trends.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
