Location: Durgapura, Jaipur
Salary: ₹30,000 per month
Experience: Minimum 1 year
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, production, logistics) to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Maintain and update the customer database with relevant information.
- Generate reports on customer interactions and sales trends.
- Assist in implementing CRM strategies to enhance customer experience and retention.
- Follow up on customer payments and ensure timely collections.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Key Skills Required:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Problem-solving ability and a customer-centric approach.
